The proposed Westhills Crest Homes on the 58 acres above Randiwood Ln. is the third and last phase of WestHills neighborhood.

The Site was zoned for up to 161 lots and in the 1999 architect John Dolinsky had designed and obtained Track map for 86 lots. In mid-2013 we entered contract to purchase the property, and endeavored to work closely with WHHA. We produced and refined plans and related grading and Civil engineering for 53 lots with significant reinvestment for specific improvement to the existing community.
